Happy New Year to you all! I hope you had terrific holidays and a great start to a brand new year!
I had a bitter sweet end to 2012. On one hand my daughter turned 6 months old and on the other my husband fell sick and is still recovering. That's one of the reasons I haven't been around much here.
Anyways, I thought I start the new year on the blog with a super sweet kid's project that I did recently and loved it.
I made these fun little alpha flash cards for a 3 year old :)
And here are some of my favorites from the pack
I doodled the back side of each card to represent numbers, colors and shapes. The alphas are Echo Park stickers and I used a lot of different stamps and hand drawn images to finish this project.
I got these flash cards laminated and rounded the corners so they will safe to play with. These alphabet flash cards were so much fun to make and they make a great gift for little kids.
I am entering this project in the following challenges:
Crafters Corner's Challenge#4 - Anything but a card or a LO
and
Young Crafter's Unite Challenge#17 - Something Sweet
I hope you liked this project! I have some more cute projects in the pipeline, so stay tuned! And if you would like to receive regular/daily updates, do subscribe to my FB page. I am there almost everyday :D
See ya soon again!

And here are some of my favorites from the pack
The birds are from Varna's Stamp Set and they are super cute :)
The fishes are from a Hero Arts Stamp Set
I hand drew the Popsicle and part of cone. The scoop on the top is a Unity stamp
The tree and the grass are from a Lawn Fawn Stamp set and the monkey is from My Cute Stamps.
I hand drew the nest :)
